How to Submit a List
Ten Steps to writing a Top 10 List (and getting it posted)
1. Think of a Topic you enjoy
2. Write about it
Article posts should be at least 500 words long, if you have a simpler list, with just a few words or a phrase per number, feel free to post it but it may not be accepted as quickly.
3. Use this Format
To keep things orderly and efficient, post exactly using “Top 10….” in the title followed by 10. 9. 8. etc. (number followed by a period, make the point-title bold). I would recommend about a paragraph per point, as in other lists you may have read on the site. Wordpress has a funny way of dealing with other number formats.
4. Keep the article family friendly, so nothing hateful towards any certain group of people, race, etc. along with no vulgar language or ranting.
5. No Plagiarism
It is very important that you do not “copy and paste” other lists you may have found on the net. You will be banned if you choose to steal other people’s work, so don’t do it.
6. Do not fret if it hasn’t been reviewed right away. I still need to make minor changes to new lists such as assigning them URL’s and categories.
7. Lastly, the administrator (me) will review the list and publish it.
8. Do not feel discouraged if the list does not seem to fit a topic, as I will find a place for a good list. Also, IMPORTANT: If you do not register with the site, the software will not recognize you as the author of the list, so if you want credit for it, make sure to register.
